Digital product, instant delivery
SMART Planner is a digital product. Access to the app is granted immediately after purchase and the Excel bonuses are downloadable files. Because the product is delivered in full at the moment of payment, all purchases are final and no refunds are issued once access has been granted.
Before you buy
The landing page shows exactly what is included: the Daily, Weekly and Monthly views, the 24/7 grid, Planned vs Reality, the three statuses, Smart Postpone, the Reschedule Log and the bonuses. Please review what you get before completing checkout.
Problems with your purchase
If you were charged twice, never received access, or the product does not work on your account, contact us and we will fix the issue or refund the duplicate charge. Statutory consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country remain unaffected.
