What we store
SMART Planner stores only what the planner needs to work: your account email, your settings (theme, time and date format, week start, timezone and Active Scheduling Hours), your tasks (planned text, what actually happened, start time, duration, status and the links between rescheduled occurrences) and your weekly and monthly priorities.
Who can see it
Only you. Every row is bound to your account and protected by database-level access rules, so one account can never read or change another account's planner data. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Security and abuse protection
Sign-up, login and password-reset attempts are rate limited per email address and per network address. Those counters keep only the minimum needed to apply a cooldown, and they are never readable from the browser.
Export and deletion
From Settings you can export a complete JSON copy of your settings, tasks and priorities at any time. You can also delete your account: this removes your planner data and your login, and it cannot be undone.
Offline and device storage
SMART Planner is online-first. Installed as an app, it caches only its own interface files so it can show a clear offline screen. Your planner content is never cached for offline reading, and changes are only saved when you are online.
