Using SMART Planner
SMART Planner is a personal planning tool. You need an account to use the planner, you are responsible for keeping your login details safe, and you must not use the service to break the law or to attempt access to another person's account or data.
Your content
Your tasks, priorities and notes remain yours. You can export them or delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account is permanent.
Availability
The service is online-first: when your device is offline, the planner shows a clear offline state and does not accept changes. We aim for continuous availability, but the service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted access.
Fair use
Automated or abusive traffic, including repeated sign-in attempts, may be rate limited or blocked to protect the service and its users.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
